This assumes a Full Process and the priority from our client is to maximize price and terms. As these priorities are adjusted, so to does the timeline.

Your involvement

You'll spend the most time with us in Discovery (weeks 1–4) and Negotiation (when we are receiving offers). The rest — packaging, buyer outreach, diligence coordination — is our job.
