Max leads strategy, positioning, and negotiation — bringing a structured, clear-headed approach to aligning the right buyers, process, and outcome. Before founding Vamos, he built and operated businesses and worked at one of Vancouver's top M&A firms. Clients rely on him for straight answers, steady judgment, and to focus on what matters.
Transaction Lead
Spencer runs the day-to-day execution of every deal — driving momentum from kickoff through close. With a background in operations and finance, he bridges strategy and detail so nothing gets missed and nothing slows down. He's disciplined, methodical, and quietly competitive — bringing focus and follow-through where it matters most.
Operations Coordinator
Rene brings her experience in finance and public services to ensure the team is operating efficiently. She can be found leading the charge on a special project, coordinating new hires, and ensuring our client commitments consistently exceed expectations.
Analyst
Azmat keeps the engine running with sharp financial modelling, deep diligence work, and smart insights into risk and value. He's precise, analytical, and always two steps ahead in the data room.
Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Pauline ensures no stone is unturned when we are searching on behalf of a buyer or seller client, to find the right fit for their preferences. From building out targeted lists to launching campaigns and keeping our records up to date, she ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
Junior Associate
Taylor joined the Vamos team in May 2026 to add to her M&A experience, after a successful internship at a Searchfund in Utah. Residing in Calgary, Taylor is finishing off her Finance undergraduate degree at Brigham Young, and currently serves as a VP in their Women in Finance Association.
